Roster Check-In
A guided, photographer-led way to capture reference photos and use existing contact info. Upload a roster to your Event, select each subject in the NowCandid™ Capture & Upload app, take a quick reference photo, and let Face Matching™ do the rest—linking every appearance of that face and sending a Personal Image Gallery by text or email. Ideal when subjects are too young for Selfie Check-In™ or when parents aren’t on site.
Upload Roster: Import a roster (names + contact info) to your Event.
Check-In & Capture: In the app, choose Roster Check-In mode, pick a name, and take a reference photo with a tethered camera or the iOS device camera.
Upload Images: Live-upload sellable images as you shoot from a tethered device, or add photos later via the Dashboard.
Automatic Matching & Marketing: Face Matching™ attaches all photos to the right person and sends their Personal Image Gallery automatically.
